Trial and billing notices
When something needs your attention on your Okinta subscription, a short message appears in the top bar (next to the other header icons).
Free trial countdown
During the demo trial you see something like Free trial — X days left with a clock icon. When time runs out it switches to Trial expired — Subscribe now.
Click that message—or the Choose a plan button beside it—to open Settings → Subscription and pick a paid plan.
Payment overdue
If a renewal charge fails, a red Payment overdue — Update billing warning appears in the same area.
Click it to open Settings → Subscription, then use Update payment method to enter a working card.
Who can fix it
Only workspace owners can change plans or billing. If you are not the owner, ask them to open Settings → Subscription.
