AI Chatbot

What the chatbot is

The AI chatbot is the sparkle icon (✨) in the top-right corner of every page. Click it to open a conversation with your AI assistant. It knows your workspace context—your business strategy, AI rules, contacts, products, pages, invoices, projects, calendar events, and more.

The chatbot can both answer questions and take real actions inside your workspace. Ask it to create a contact, draft an invoice, update a product, schedule a calendar event, or look up information—it will execute the action and confirm what it did.

Capabilities

The chatbot can: search the web for real-time information, list and create/update contacts, tasks, projects, calendar events, and content items. It can draft invoices, quotes, purchase orders, credit notes, expenses, website pages, forms, funnels (with full node/step setup), and booking pages.

It reads your products catalog, orders, team members, conversations, tax rules, and funnel nodes. It can navigate you to any page in the app when you ask.

Important safety rules: the AI will never delete data, publish pages, send invoices, capture payments, or disconnect integrations. Created items like pages, invoices, and funnels start as drafts so you always review before going live.

Conversation management

Your conversations are saved automatically. Use the history icon to browse past chats or start a new one with the + button. Each conversation remembers full context so you can pick up where you left off.

The chatbot shows a live status bar during responses—you can see when it is thinking, searching, or executing an action. If the AI navigates you to another page, it does so inside the app seamlessly.

Tips for better results

Be specific: "Create a contact for John Smith, email [email protected], tagged as VIP" works better than "add a contact." Reference your own data: "Draft an invoice for client Acme Corp for the Premium plan" lets the AI pull in real prices and details.

Fill out Brain with your business strategy and AI rules—this context is automatically included in every AI interaction, making responses more relevant and on-brand.
