API
Overview
Open Settings → API to connect outside services to your workspace. Right now you will see two cards: Apple Calendar (for your personal appointment sync) and Peppol (Peppyrus) (for electronic invoices at company level).
This is not where you connect Stripe payments or your email mailbox—those live under Payments and Emails.
Apple Calendar
Use this if you want bookings from Pages → Appointments to land on your Apple calendar.
Click Connect, enter your Apple ID email, and paste an app-specific password from appleid.apple.com—never your normal Apple password. The app checks the details, then asks you to pick which calendar to use.
After connecting, the card shows Connected and the calendar name. Use Calendar to change your pick, or the trash icon to disconnect. If no calendar is chosen yet, the card warns you until you select one.
Peppol (Peppyrus)
Peppol is a shared network businesses use to send and receive electronic invoices—not just a PDF, but structured data your books software can read. Rules depend on your country; from 2026, Belgium requires Peppol for B2B e-invoicing.
Peppyrus is the service that connects you to Peppol. Create a free account at customer.peppyrus.be, copy your API key, then click Connect on the Peppol card and paste it.
When connected, you can send issued invoices and credit notes from Finances (when the client’s VAT details qualify) and import supplier invoices with Sync Peppol on Expenses.
Keeping connections safe
If someone leaves your team or a key may have leaked, revoke the old Peppyrus key or Apple app password at the provider, then connect again here with a new one.
Never share these keys in chat, email, or public places.
