Contextual AI helpers

Where AI appears in the app

Beyond the chatbot and Growth Engine, AI is embedded in specific workflows throughout Okinta:

Email drafting — In the email editor, the AI can draft replies, suggest subject lines, and help compose professional emails using your brand voice and conversation context.

Content creation — In the Audience content app, AI helps write blog posts, social media content, and marketing copy. It can generate full articles from a topic or refine your drafts.

Invoice processing — Upload a PDF invoice or receipt and the AI extracts supplier, amounts, line items, and dates automatically, pre-filling your invoices, quotes, credit notes, purchase orders or expenses.

Page building — The website page builder includes AI assistance for generating page content, section layouts, and copy based on your product catalog and brand guidelines.

Support conversations — When handling customer support tickets, the AI can draft contextual replies based on your documentation, past conversations, and the customer's history.

Business insights — The statistics dashboard uses AI to generate plain-language summaries of your business performance, highlighting trends and actionable recommendations.

AI usage and limits

AI features consume usage tokens that count toward your plan's AI quota. You can monitor your current usage in the left menu of the app. The status bar in the bottom shows a quick summary of remaining AI capacity.

Usage is tracked per workspace. All team members with appropriate permissions share the workspace's AI quota.

You can upgrade your plan to increase your AI quota in Settings → Subscription.
