Brain
What Brain is for
Brain is your workspace’s long-term memory for where the business is going and how AI should sound and behave for your brand. It sits beside Today and Projects so strategy stays visible, not buried in documents or chat.
What you save here is shared with your team. It also feeds the AI assistant and the AI Growth Engine on Today so automated tasks and replies reflect your real positioning, offers, and tone—not a generic template.
Strategies
The Strategies card (Business direction and AI rules) holds everything in one list: your strategic direction—markets, positioning, goals, priorities, and narrative—and how assistants should sound and behave for your brand (voice, taboo topics, greetings, formatting, and non-negotiables).
Use Create Strategy to add your first doc from a template (such as Business Strategy, Social Media, or Roadmap & Goals) or from scratch, or open an existing row to keep it current.
Strong, concrete strategy text gives the AI Growth Engine better context when executing your tasks. These docs are also combined when the in-app AI answers questions or drafts content, so answers stay on-brand and consistent with how you describe the business.
Opening and editing a document
Each strategy or rule opens in a full-page editor—a flexible document workspace, not a single small text box. You can structure ideas with headings, lists, quotes, links, tables, and rich formatting from the toolbars.
Type / (slash) for quick insert shortcuts, and use familiar keyboard-friendly patterns while you write. Autosave behavior follows the rest of the app: treat the editor like a serious doc and save when you are done with a session.
From the Brain app list, use Edit on a row to jump back in, or Delete when your role allows—some teammates may only remove items they created.
How AI uses Brain to help you grow
The AI assistant (available while you work) pulls in your strategy and AI rules alongside the conversation. That way it can answer in context—your industry, your offers, your voice—instead of generic advice.
AI Growth Engine on Today uses the same strategic picture when executing your AI tasks. The richer and more specific your strategy, the more relevant and effective the AI's autonomous actions tend to be.
Neither feature replaces your judgment: they amplify what you already documented so you spend less time re-explaining the business every time you ask for help.
