Get productive with Okinta
Everything you need to learn the workspace and ship for your customers—from first login through day-to-day work in the app. In-app links assume you are signed into the right workspace; documentation stays readable without an account.
This guide explains what you can do in Okinta and where to find each area. Use the menu on the left to jump to a topic. When you are logged in, buttons can take you straight to the right screen. The user guide mirrors the main apps (Home, Audience, Products, Pages, Finances, Team) plus top-bar tools and settings tabs.
The main areas of the app live in the menu on the left side of the screen. Open or close that menu with the icon at the top left of the bar.
Extra tools sit along the top: search, calendar, help, your notifications, language, settings, and more. Each has its own guide page—use the menu or browse cards below.
Some features depend on your plan or your role in the workspace. If something is missing, ask an admin or contact support.
