Audience
Audience is your customer layer: people you store as contacts, the messages you exchange with them, and the articles or emails you author for marketing.
Apps at a glance
Open Audience from the left menu, then switch between Contacts, Conversations, and Content creation along the top of the page.
Customer messages live here. Internal team chat lives under Team (or the messages icon in the top bar)—keep the two separate when you reply.
