Overview
Okinta uses AI in three main ways: an AI chatbot (floating assistant available on every page), the AI Growth Engine (autonomous task automation on your dashboard), and contextual AI helpers embedded throughout the app (email drafting, content generation, invoice processing, and more).
All AI features share the same understanding of your business: your strategy from Brain, your brand voice, your contacts, products, and conversations. This means the AI gives you answers and takes actions that are relevant to your specific business—not generic templates.
