AI Agents

AI is deeply integrated across Okinta—from a floating assistant that follows you everywhere, to autonomous automation that runs tasks on a schedule. This page explains how each AI feature works, what it can do, and how to get the most out of it.

Overview

Okinta uses AI in three main ways: an AI chatbot (floating assistant available on every page), the AI Growth Engine (autonomous task automation on your dashboard), and contextual AI helpers embedded throughout the app (email drafting, content generation, invoice processing, and more).

All AI features share the same understanding of your business: your strategy from Brain, your brand voice, your contacts, products, and conversations. This means the AI gives you answers and takes actions that are relevant to your specific business—not generic templates.

Tip
The best way to improve AI quality across all features is to fill out your business strategy and AI rules in Brain. This shared context makes every AI interaction—chatbot, Growth Engine, and contextual helpers—more relevant and accurate.
