Purpose
Sell downloadable or access-based goods: online courses, ebooks, audio, video, generic files, templates (external URL), and bundles that include other catalog products.
List and bulk actions
The table supports search, subtype filters (course, ebook, audio, video, template, files), column filters, sorting, and pagination. Select multiple rows to create a bundle from the selection or bulk delete (respecting your role: editors may be limited to their own items). A revenue column aggregates recorded sales per product when data is loaded.
Product dialog
Open a row to edit with autosave and a save status indicator. Set name, description, cover image, and subtype-specific delivery: upload PDF / audio / video / files from the file manager, paste a template URL, or for bundles pick included products. Online courses link out to the full course editor for curriculum and public preview.
Under pricing, add one or more billing options: one-time, subscription (monthly or yearly, optionally fixed term months/years), or donation with a minimum. Toggle sale prices per option; when the company enables extra currencies, expand currency overrides for list and sale amounts.
Tax: set up your tax rules in Settings → Taxes first. On the product, you can turn on an optional tax rate override if this item needs a different rate than your rules would normally apply—otherwise your tax rules decide the rate. Optionally choose an invoice sequence from Finances so a paid purchase can drive auto-invoicing on that numbering stream. If the company uses Stripe Tax, you can set a Stripe tax code on the product for classification.
A Sales app lists invoices and credit notes tied to the product with totals and CSV export.
Connecting buyers
In Pages or Sales funnels, wire buttons and pricing blocks to this product (and the right billing option when you have more than one). Buyers apply Coupons on the payment screen itself.
