Done-for-you
Done-for-you is a premium service: you delegate the technical and operational heavy lifting to Okinta so your team can stay focused on what matters most to the business. Eligible workspaces use it to submit done-for-you work—you pick the kind of build (wizard), describe the job in a rich-text brief, and track each ticket until the team picks it up and you collaborate in a per-request thread.
Who sees what
The full request queue (table, New request, and history) is available when your workspace has this service enabled. Everyone in the same company shares that list—requests are stored per workspace company, not per individual user.
Your requests list
In that view you get a sortable table of tickets: request type (with an icon and a short id suffix), status (pending, in progress, completed, cancelled, on hold), and approval / assigned date (empty with a pending approval label until the team accepts the ticket).
Search filters the list globally. Filters narrows by wizard category (groupings such as settings, migration, website, forms & appointments, products, funnels, content) and by status; removable badges show active filters. Pagination and rows per page work like other Finances-style tables.
Creating a request
New request opens a three-step flow inside one dialog: first a guided wizard where you choose a category, then a specific request (website, funnel page, migration, course, strategy, content, and similar options). A progress bar shows step 1 → 2 → 3.
Step 3 is the details form: headings and hints depend on what you picked. You write the brief in a rich-text editor; Submit creates a pending ticket and keeps your wizard choices attached for the team. Back returns you to the wizard. You need an active company (workspace) selected or submission fails.
Opening a row
Click a row: if status is still pending, you usually get a preview dialog (read-only version of the same brief). Once the ticket is in progress, completed, cancelled, or on hold, the same gesture (or the eye action) opens that ticket’s conversation thread (still under Done-for-you), where messaging continues until the job is done.
