Help menu

The Help control (question-circle icon) in the top bar opens a dropdown. The icon uses primary styling when you are on the in-app Help page, Roadmap, or Documentation.

Dropdown entries

The menu lists four rows in order: Resources (tools icon), Documentation (book icon), Support (user icon), and Roadmap (target icon).

Documentation opens in a new browser tab so your workspace stays open behind it. Support opens the in-app Help experience in the same tab—AI and human support, with your signed-in workspace in context. Roadmap stays inside the app and shows the public product roadmap.

Command palette

Press ⌘K or Ctrl+K to open the command menu. Under quick actions, Help (shortcut ⌘H where shown) goes to the same in-app Help destination as Support in the Help dropdown.
