Account

Overview

Your Account is about you as a person: photo, contact details, and how dates and times look in the app. Company legal and billing identity lives under Company, not here.

Profile photo

Upload or change your picture with Change picture or Upload picture. The picker accepts images.

Use Remove to clear the photo if you want a blank avatar.

Contact and address

Fill in name, email, phone, address, postal code, country, and region fields as they apply to you. These are saved for your user profile across the workspace.

Regional and display preferences

Choose Language to switch the interface language.

Set Date format, Time format (12h or 24h), Timezone, and Country so calendars, finances, and timestamps match how you work.

Changes save automatically, watch the save indicator in the card header.

Download your data

Scroll to Data export and click Download export. Okinta prepares a ZIP file with your information.

If you are the workspace owner, the export includes your company’s business data. Other team members receive a personal export only.

Large exports may take a minute—the button shows progress while the file is prepared, then your browser downloads the ZIP.

Delete your account

Under Delete account, you can schedule permanent removal of your personal login. Okinta waits seven days so you can change your mind—use Cancel deletion anytime before the date.

Before you confirm, read the summary carefully: workspaces you solely own may be removed from the app (we recommend downloading your export first). If you only belong to other people’s workspaces, those companies keep their data—you simply lose access.

Confirmation asks for your email and current password. Owners see which workspaces will be deleted versus which ones you will leave.

Note
Deleting your account is not the same as closing one workspace—owners with multiple companies can close a single workspace under Settings → Company instead.
