Appointments
What this is for
Each appointment is a bookable offering with its own public page: someone picks a time that respects your rules, fills a short form, and (when you enable them) receives confirmation and reminder emails. You maintain many appointment types from one list under Pages → Appointments.
List app
The table supports search, filters, column sorting, and pagination. You see title, draft / published status (changeable from the badge), event place (usually your meeting link—click to copy), bookings count, page views, and row actions: open the editor, preview the live page when published and a primary domain exists, duplicate into a new draft copy, or delete.
Select multiple rows to bulk set status or bulk delete. New appointment opens a dedicated create screen that uses the same full-page editor as editing an existing booking type.
Bookings and leads
When at least one person has booked, the bookings cell opens a leads panel: searchable list of respondents, summary tiles for unique visitors, total bookings, converted contacts, and conversion rate, plus a detail pane for the selected person.
From a lead you can update booking status (for example pending, confirmed, finished, cancelled, no show) and assign team members where your workspace supports it. Closing the dialog refreshes counts on the list.
Editor layout
The editor is a full-screen experience with Save status, a timezone control, draft / published selector, public URL slug editor, and copy link for sharing. A sidebar (or mobile sheet) lists your other appointment types so you can jump between them without returning to the table.
Customers see a hero area; you can set a background image from the file library. The right side previews the real booking flow: pick a slot, enter details, confirm—so you verify spacing and copy before publishing.
Settings: availability and timing
Open Settings (or finish setup when the app detects missing required fields) to work in four apps: Information, Weekly hours, Specific dates, and Emails.
Information — Event place is the link or instructions shown after booking (video call URL, address, etc.). Set session length, pause between appointments (buffer so slots do not touch), and how many days ahead people may book.
Weekly hours — Define repeating windows per weekday; the public calendar only offers slots inside those windows.
Specific dates — Add or refine individual days on a calendar; the tool respects duration and pause when generating clickable times. You need either weekly hours or at least one specific date (or both) before setup is considered complete.
Settings: emails
Emails configures transactional messages. Confirmation always matters: set a subject line and select or design the HTML template in the email builder; when you return to the appointment editor, the emails app is ready for you again. Stats on each row shows who was sent that message and delivery status.
Optionally turn on a reminder before the appointment (configurable delay) and a 24-hour reminder, each with its own subject, template link, and stats. Toggle only what you actually want sent.
Booking form
Beyond name, email, and phone, you can rename the default field labels and add custom questions: text, email, longer text, number, single choice (radio), or multiple choice (checkbox). The preview updates as you build the form.
Operations and integrations
Align titles and duration with what you sell under Products → Services and with blocks on your Calendar so staff are not double-booked outside this tool. Funnel appointment steps can point at these pages when you wire a funnel node to an appointment page.
