Settings

Settings is the workspace control center. The app bar runs left to right through Account, Company, Domains, Emails, Website, Legal Pages, Payments, Taxes, Shipping, API, Notifications, Security, and Subscription—each matches a subsection below.

Opening Settings

Click the gear icon or open Settings from Search; individual tabs also appear as jump targets in search.

What each app is for

Account — Your photo, contact details, language, timezone, and how dates and times display.

Company — Workspace name, logo, address, tax IDs, default currency, and text that repeats on quotes and invoices.

Domains — Your platform subdomain, custom domains, verification and SSL status, optional DNS record editor, and plan limits on how many custom domains you can attach.

Emails — Professional Email (verified address on your domain) or SMTP / IMAP for a personal mailbox, plus per-account signature and sender name.

Website — Per-workspace theme (colors, fonts, menu, container, header), logo and favicon, embedded Languages panel (or full Website languages screen), auto-save, and bulk refresh of existing Website pages when the theme changes.

Legal Pages — Required and optional policies, rich-text editor, per-user legal disclaimer, cookie-banner on/off, and public Preview / copy-link for each completed document.

Payments — Stripe connection, payment methods shoppers see, and optional automated payment emails.

Taxes — After Stripe is connected: pick no tax, Stripe Tax, or manual tax rules for checkout and documents.

Shipping — Connect real carriers with their login details, or use Custom Carrier to set your own delivery name and prices by country zone; physical Products need weight and dimensions for checkout.

API — Connect Apple Calendar for your appointments, and Peppol (via Peppyrus) to send and receive e-invoices and credit notes—separate from Payments and Emails.

Notifications — Per workspace and per person: two toggles (In app / Email) on each event, grouped into cards (Audience & Email, Team, Billing, Security, Integrations, Calendar, Imports & Exports).

Security — Password with a live checklist, authenticator-app 2FA with recovery codes, and active session details (up to two concurrent sessions per user).

Subscription — Your Okinta plan, renewal, and platform invoices (not customer finances).

Permissions

Sensitive areas such as Payments, Taxes, or Domains may be limited to admins. Other members could see read-only states or fewer tabs.

Suggested onboarding order

Fill Company and Taxes before your first invoice, connect Payments before you sell through funnels, and verify Domains before marketing a new public URL.

  • Shipping

Connect real shipping carriers so checkout can request live rates and services for physical catalog items. The screen explains that only physical products use these connections; digital and services do not.
