Online courses

Where courses live

Create a Digital product and choose the course type, then open the course editor from that product row. The editor is a full-screen workspace—use Back to products in the sidebar when you are done.

Building the curriculum

The left sidebar lists Course home, your modules, and each lesson. Click Add module to create a section, then add lessons inside it. Drag modules and lessons to reorder.

Select a lesson to edit its title, description, banner, and main content in the rich editor. You can attach videos from your file library or paste a YouTube or Vimeo link.

Course home is the landing page learners see first—set the public title, description, banner, and URL slug there.

Publishing and preview

Use draft / published (and schedule when available) from the course header so you control when learners can access content. View public preview opens the learner experience in a new tab before you go live.

Pricing and billing still come from the parent Digital product—connect the course to checkout the same way as any other catalog item.

Members, cohorts, and progress

Open Members to enroll learners manually, track progress, and remove access. Cohorts let you group learners when you run the same course on different dates or tiers.

Learners can mark lessons complete; you can see completion percentages from the member list. Lesson comments and downloadable resources are available where your plan supports them.

Welcome emails

When you add a member, Okinta can send login details by email if your workspace email is connected. You can customize the welcome template from the members area.

Tip
Start with one short module and two lessons, publish a preview link, and test the learner flow on your phone before you enroll paying customers.
