Company

Overview

This is your workspace company profile: name, logo, contact details, and tax-related fields that appear on invoices, quotes, and other customer-facing documents.

Branding and basics

Set Company name, description, website, email, and phone. Upload a Company logo for PDFs and customer-facing materials.

Complete the Address block (street, city, postal code, country, region) so documents and checkout show consistent legal contact information.

Tax and registration

Depending on your country, you will see VAT, GST, sales tax, or other identifiers. Some regions include extra options (for example Canadian GST/PST/HST style configuration).

Where available, validate or confirm tax numbers using the controls provided; invalid numbers usually show inline feedback before you save.

Currency and invoicing extras

Pick a default currency and, when enabled, which additional currencies you accept.

Invoice notes and Bank details are free-text blocks that print on PDFs—use them for payment instructions, IBAN lines, or standard footers your accountant expects.

Close a workspace

If you own more than one workspace, you can close one you no longer need from the bottom of Company settings. Your personal account and your other workspaces stay active.

Only the sole owner of a workspace can close it. Okinta recommends downloading a data export from Settings → Account first.

Closing asks you to confirm with your email and password. Billing for that workspace stops, and the workspace is removed after processing. You may download an export while closure is in progress.
